We will post items witin 24-48 hours of purchase.
RETURNS
If for any reason that you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any purchased items within 14 working days after receipt of goods for a refund. We ask that you return them with the original packaging and you will be responsible for the safe return of the goods. Having taken reasonable care of the goods they should arrive at our premises fully intact and in "as new" condition. Refunds will be processed minus any deliveries charges incurred. Goods dispatched under the free delivery option will be refunded, minus the cost of standard delivery.
RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH AN ASSOCIATED RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED BY CONTACTING US ON 0844 80 94601 OR EMAIL info@nanotechsst.co.uk
REFUNDS
If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email notification. A refund will usually reach your credit card account within 14 working days after being processed, although please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return.
ORDER CANCELLATION.
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch for no fee. Orders canceled after dispatch will be treated as RETURNS AS ABOVE.
FAULTY ITEMS.
You should contact Nanotech immediately to discuss any faulty items you may have received, and where appropriate we will arrange for collection of the goods and replacements to be delivered.
