HOW TO APPLY PERMANON
Surface Preparation
1) Clean the surface using a mild cleaner that will not leave behind wax or residue, (some glass cleaners have wax in them
2)Permanon Hecta is a recommended organic cleaner, Permanon Omega is a mineral stain remover.
3) Clean the surface as well as possible.
4) Rinse the surface well to remove any residue.
5) You do not have to dry the surface before applying Permanon
Exception, Window glass should be wiped down to eliminate water spots.
2) Mist the surface with Permanon mixture using a spray bottle.
1) Use a trigger spray bottle or pump sprayer.
2) Apply as a light mist.
3) Textured surfaces may require additional coats.
4) Spray vertical surfaces bottom to top.
5) There is no harm in applying to much product
6) The coating is in place when the water beads up or will not remain on the surface. The Permanon Protection is now complete.
Subsequent cleaning and wipe downs can be done with a microfiber cloth and water. Try to avoid future use of abrasives in the cleaning routine. Permanon will break down under abrasion or a pH of 12.5 or greater.
Maintenance Applications
A minimum of one maintenance coat is recommend each year. Maintenance coats can be applied more frequently if needed. To maintain the protective layer use half as much Permanon in the same amount of water. Mix Permanon at 10% for periodic maintenance.
